In our still small but growing sales team, we are looking for entrepreneurial personalities who do not expect fixed structures & playbooks, but rather help to continuously optimize them. Your tasks
- You research new companies, multipliers, and relevant contacts in our target markets every day and establish initial relationships.
- You know how to build positive customer relationships and lead them to a successful conclusion. To excite customers, you also pick up the phone, and with eloquence and professional writing, you can easily convince the recipient.
- You process incoming inquiries promptly and guide prospects through the entire buyer's journey to completion. You always keep an eye on your sales pipeline and independently initiate outbound activities to ensure you achieve your sales goals.
- You get to know a modern sales methods and toolset and continuously develop your professional skills, documenting all information, documents, and activities in our CRM system.
- You represent our company at industry events and trade fairs in the D-A-CH region and bring your own suggestions for improving our sales methodology.
What we expect
- You have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the software / SaaS environment, especially in new customer acquisition / outbound sales.
- You are proficient in using CRM tools and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You have a degree or vocational training in business, digital, marketing, or IT. Expertise in logistics would be a particular plus.
- You look forward to personal customer contact and occasional business trips.
- You speak German fluently and good English to master any customer conversation.
- You question our existing sales methodology and bring your own suggestions for improvement.
- A strong hands-on mentality rounds off your profile.
