These exciting tasks await you:

• You will be the interface between customers and the product development team.
• You support the product development team in expanding our IoT platform so that it can be integrated into the customers' IT infrastructure.
• You advise and support our customers in installing the platform on-site, integrating it into their infrastructure, and subsequent operation and effective use.
• You support the product development team in improving the operability, scalability, and stability of our platform, e.g., through observation functions such as tracing, logging, or monitoring.

With these skills, you can convince us:

• At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent degree
• Four years of work experience in a company or with the operation of cloud infrastructure
• Extensive programming experience
• Great interest in the Internet of Things (IoT), Radio Communication Technologies (e.g., LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, etc.)
• Commitment to learning modern DevOps approaches, e.g., Infrastructure as a Code, GitOps, etc.
• Desirable: 2-3 years of experience with Kubernetes in cloud and on-premises operation
• Practical experience with:
  • Linux administration and tooling
  • Kubernetes administration
  • PostgreSQL application and administration
  • Message brokering (especially MQtT)
  • Identity and access management
